Four Crock Pot Recipes for Autumn

Autumn is with us, and no doubt it is good to be back home for a hot meal cooked at home! If slow cooker do the work for you, you can prepare dinner in the morning, and will be waiting for you for dinner. You'd be surprised how many meals can be cooked in an earthenware pot. Some of them are:

Cooker Lasagna

1 box of rigatoni, cooked
1 1 / 2 lbs. ground beef browned and drained
1 LG. pkg. peppers cut
1 green pepper, chopped
2 lg. pkg.mozzarella
2 lg. Salsa Pizza Box
1 med onion, chopped
8 ounces mushrooms
green olives, sliced

Start with the layer of sauce on bottom of slow cooker. Mix all other ingredients. Put in oven and cook slowly over low heat for 5 hours.

Crock Pot Pork Chops

6-8 lean pork chops
2.1 C. Flour
1 teaspoon of soup. Salt
1 (10 ounces) chicken and rice soup
1 1 / 2 tea spoon. mustard
V. 2.1 tea. garlic powder
2 v. soup. Oil

Coat pork chopsdry mix of flour, salt, mustard and garlic powder. Back in the oil in a frying pan. Place browned pork chops in slow cooker. Add soup. Cover over low heat for 6-8
Hours or high for 3 1 / 2 hours.

Crock Pot Meatloaf

2 lbs. Minced meat
1 / 2 pound ground sausage
2 med onions, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 v. tea. Salt
V. 2.1 tea. Pepper
1 teaspoon cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1 / 2 teaspoon bread or crackers
1 1 / 2 teaspoonMilk

Soak bread in milk or biscuits. Mix meat, spices and breadcrumbs soaked completely. In another bowl of sour cream and mushroom soup. Make meat mixture into bread bowl. Pour the cream-soup on top. Cook in crock 10-12 hours on low heat.

Slow Cooker Stew

3 pounds lean stewing beef cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes
1 packet dry onion soup mix
02:01 cup of broth
1 can (10-1/2 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 can (4ounces drained) sliced mushrooms (optional)

Mix all ingredients in slow cooker and cook on low for 8-12 hours.
