Less than a decade ago, nobody had ever heard of gluten free diets. Instead, low fat food and calorie counting was topping the diet trends. You may be wondering with all of the current buzz if skipping gluten is the secret you never knew concerning your questions on how to lose belly fat. Before you skip the gluten here are a few questions to ask yourself.
